FAQ
STRAIGHT ANSWERS.
NO GUESSING.
What OversizeNav does, what it does not do, and how it fits into permit-based driving.
What does OversizeNav do?
It turns a state-issued oversize/overweight permit into a route you can follow on a map, then provides turn-by-turn navigation and supporting infrastructure information.
Does it work in all 50 states?
OversizeNav is built for use in all 50 states, with state-specific permit language handling and nationwide supporting data.
Can I take pictures of my permit?
Yes. You can photograph permit pages, or paste/type the route text manually.
Does OversizeNav replace the permit?
No. The official permit controls at all times. OversizeNav is a navigation aid.
What happens if I go off route?
The permitted line remains distinct. Any path used to help you return is not represented as if it were part of the state-issued route.
How much does it cost?
The current planned price is $35.99 per month.
